Civil Rights Act of 2008

Since California passed the "Civil Rights Act of 2007", I am petitioning that we expand these rights to include other disadvantage groups. For example, in the fifth grade I got glasses and braces (the same year). My wife was overweight in grade school. She had rocks thrown at her and people spit on her. We have to do something about all this harassment.

If you add a comment, it will be considered a signature on the petition to put this into legislation. Feel free to send any amendments (I'm sure that I've left someone out).

The original text for the 2007 version is in italics.

I don't know why you haven't run for office yet. You come up with the best legislation!
